關於 鎮浯是道地的金門囡仔，從小在金門長大，唸完高中後到台灣及國外念書就業。 與所有金門子弟一樣，血液中流淌著的是金門人的《質樸、淳厚與堅毅》，心中縈繫的是對家鄉的熱愛。 對於金門 家鄉金門有特殊的地理及歷史背景， 因此雖經過多年的努力， 當前仍存在諸多課題，民生部分：醫療、交通、教育資源、土地與居住正義，產業發展與定位；文化及史蹟保存、生態與環保；發展與保存之間的平衡…等等，凡此種種，除需地方政府主導外，更需中央資源挹注與政策支持，過程中也需要更多的社會對話與公民參與。 對外的部分，金門不論是經濟發展、民生資源與生態環保，乃至於島嶼定位， 都不能自外於兩岸。但兩岸關係近年來強弱對調主客易位，金門不易如早期標榜兩岸試點即獲青睞及政策扶持；兩岸相關的產業結構、資本投入，相關執法規範化，外部限制因素等雖未完全成熟但雛型已具，金門參與空間已被限縮。 簡言之，修內政固為首務，然知兩岸、睦雙鄰、裕民生、更為不可迴避的課題，我們不能把一切當作應該的，兩岸欠我們的，不能以為有金酒萬事足，不能用10年前的思維事兩岸。鎮浯願竭盡所能，在中央扮演優質立委爭取政策與資源，在地方，全心
