「從身體出發的簡約美學」 鄧樹榮戲劇工作室由鄧樹榮於2009年創立，前身是1997年註冊的「無人地帶」，定位是一戲劇研創及教育中心。藝術是感受及表達的地方，人的內在轉化是劇場最神秘的經驗。在藝術總監鄧樹榮的帶領下，工作室提倡「從身體出發的簡約美學」，不依附單一學派，因為當藝術家最大的樂趣是知道「甚麼時候堅持信念，甚麼時候開放自己」——無論是經典劇作及當代作品，每次創作都有特定的藝術命題及形式，以注入相應的人文關懷。自1997年起共創作／改編了二十多齣作品，作品包括《泰特斯》、《泰特斯2.0》、《打轉教室》、《舞・雷雨》、《你為甚麼不是Steve Jobs？》、《馬克白》（後改名為《馬克白的悲劇》）、《死人的手機》、《超自然之戀》、《李爾王》、《薄伽梵歌》及《等待果陀》。 工作室積極與國際接軌，推動戲劇文化的交流與合作，曾到中國內地多個城市包括北京、上海、廣州、深圳等巡演。此外，於2012年及2015年獲邀到倫敦莎士比亞環球劇場，以粵語演繹《泰特斯》和《馬克白》，亦曾遠赴柏林、維也納、波蘭、捷克、溫哥華等國家及地方巡演；曾獲邀參與英國愛丁堡藝穗節、新加坡華藝節、羅馬尼亞錫比烏劇場節（
