What we can actually do

Take your listing down. If you are the person a listing is about, say so and it comes off. You do not have to prove anything or verify the account first. See how removal works.

Fix wrong data. Country, name, niche, follower count, the link we point at. Most of it comes from Wikidata and the platforms, so it can be out of date or plain wrong. Tell us what is wrong and what is right.

Sort out a payment. Charged twice, payment went through but the rank did not move, receipt never arrived. Include the email you paid with and the rough time. Note that boosts are not refundable — the rules page explains why.

Send back a lost settings link. If you verified a profile and lost the link, write from the address you used and we will send it again. That link is the only key: there are no passwords here.

What we cannot do

We cannot pass anything on to the people listed here. We are not their agents, we have no relationship with them, and most of them do not know this site exists. If you are trying to reach a creator, go to their own channel — every profile page links to it.

We cannot pay anyone. Money paid here buys a position on a leaderboard and nothing else. Nobody listed receives any of it.
